area

Trust
protected
area
of
Outstanding
Natural
Beauty,
and as
such
boasts
some
of the
most
captivating
views
the
island
has to
offer.

beach
itself

un-commercialized.
Downland
walks
with
stunning
views
over
the
island
start
right
from
our
door.
In our
own
gardens
and
woodland,
native
red
squirrels
and
pheasants
live,
and
are
commonly
seen.

minute
walk
up the
road
will
lead
you to
the
adjacent
hamlet
of
Hulverstone
(1/2

. The
hamlet
has
its
own
traditional
English
Pub,
The
Sun
Inn,
offering
traditional
ales
and
homemade
food.

with a
superb
choice
of tea
rooms
and
specialist

those
who
wish
